An update on our bank account, pricing and why
We transition into the traffic light system, aka the covid protection framework this Friday (3rd Dec). Whilst our core values are very much challenged by the impending changes, we are able to continue to offer pilates and yoga classes to you at The Space.
We look forward to bringing you news and posts that aren’t just about the next lockdown level! But for now, we want to help bring more accountability into your work/love/live/stay-at home lifestyles with morning meditations to help build focus and yoga and pilates classes to lock it in!
At Alert Level 2 The Space will be offering classes on Zoom or in studio. Our numbers are limited, so booking is required, as are face masks when entering and moving around the studio.
Now is a great time of year to bring more sun salutations into your practice, bringing light into the dark corners of your winter existence. But why do we practice sun salutes (aka Surya Namaskara)? Why all the differences? And what’s with 108?!
