Hello. Hi. Thanks for reading this :) One of the highlights of our days in lockdown is connecting to you all whether it’s seeing your faces on Zoom or seeing your comments and ‘likes’ on our posts. Let’s stay strong through connection, and stay resilient as a community.
After today's announcement, we're offering another little something-something to support your work/play/live/stay-at-home life.
6:30am start-your-day sessions on Zoom for free/koha! Every weekday from tomorrow, Tuesday October 18th, we'll lead you through a short practice to start the day. Meditation, breath, a bit of movement.. 30 minutes give-or-take that can flow into your day however it does.. Bring back routine, resilience, structure, commitment, focus and whatever else you may have lost in these crazy times. Pajamas are encouraged. Zoom link (password : morena ) or you can book in on Momoyoga.
We will also continue to offer most of our regular timetable classes via Zoom through lockdown. We have introduced Zoom class passes, including drop-in for $12 or unlimited $25 week options. We appreciate your payment to help us keep The Space going. We can’t wait to be able to meet with you again at the actual Space when it’s safe to do so. We encourage you to reach out to us if you, or someone you know, is having a hard time and would benefit from being gifted a weekly Zoom pass .
Also, don’t forget about our free Vimeo library for yoga and pilates classes as-and-when needed. We’ll be adding more to it this week!
