This is a follow on post from the weekend’s yin class with Amy, 16th Feb 2020.
The theme of this class was loosely based around the recorded conversation, link below, which I feel encapsulates so perfectly an aspect of my personal practice, and offers a deep poetic understanding of why it is so important for us to practice quietness, stillness, and attentiveness. When we grow more quiet, we start the process of unwinding, of dissolving our peripheries and begin the re-merging with the rest of the everything. There is an element of remembering, remembering what else there is, the beauty and the wonder that is out there, waiting for us.
